How do I order a prescription medicine?

Upload your prescription. A licensed pharmacist reviews it — usually within the hour, day or night — then we prepare your medicine for delivery or pickup.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Over-the-counter medicines can be ordered as a guest. You’ll get a tracking link either way.

How do I pay?

Choose at checkout. Pay now by card, M-Pesa or bank — secured by Paystack — or settle in cash when you collect at the branch or take delivery. Prescription orders are only charged after a pharmacist approves them.

Is my prescription kept private?

Yes. Prescriptions are confidential, access-controlled, and only seen by licensed pharmacists.

Where do you deliver?

Same-day within Nairobi and nationwide dispatch from our three branches. Delivery areas vary by branch.
