Squeeze a small amount of gel onto a clean fingertip. Gently apply to the affected area, ideally after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by your doctor or dentist. Avoid eating, drinking or rinsing for about 30 minutes after application. For topical use in the mouth only. Do not swallow large amounts, and do not use for longer than advised.
